Operating rules
- A visitor to the premises is any person who enters the area. The visitor is obliged to comply with these operating rules, applicable legal regulations and instructions of the premises operator. By entering the premises, the visitor confirms that they have read the "Operating Rules of the premises" and undertakes to respect the contractual conditions given by the operating rules throughout the area.
- The operator of the premises is not liable for damage to property or health of visitors caused by behavior that does not comply with these operating rules, applicable legal regulations and instructions of the operator and authorized personnel.
- It is prohibited to board the ski lift outside the boarding platform.
- Riding the telescopic pole is permitted for only one skier at a time.
- If you are a beginner, please inform the lift attendant.
- Only physically fit skiers may use the ski lift independently.
- Persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances are prohibited from entering the ski lift area.
- While riding the lift, deviating from the established track is not permitted.
- Leaving the lift track outside the unloading area is permitted only in the event of a fall or other accident.
- Hold both ski poles in one hand, with the straps removed from your wrists.
- After grasping the telescopic pole, use one hand to slide it between your slightly spread legs. The blue plastic hauler of the small children's lift is held with both hands, or you can place it behind your back so the hauler pushes you from behind.
- The end of the lift track is marked with signs.
- When dismounting, release the telescopic pole and leave the unloading area. Release or push the blue plastic hauler of the children's lift away from your back and exit the unloading area.
- Vacate the unloading area immediately for the next skier.
- While on the premises, always observe the instructions of the staff and information signs.
- If instructions are not followed, staff have the right to exclude a disorderly skier from transport without refund.
- The lift operator IBJ CZ s.r.o. may hold you liable for any emergency situation you caused.
- The skier is responsible for damages caused by failure to follow instructions.
- Riding the ski lift on sleds or bobsleds is prohibited.
- Injuries caused by ski lift operation must be reported to staff immediately. Later reports will not be recognized by the operator.
- The operator is not liable for items left in the ski area.
